Preliminary Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in vending at this year’s Resonate Suwannee to be held at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak FL from April 4-6, 2024.

Please complete this form by January 31, 2024, to be considered as a vendor for Resonate Suwannee 2024. If you are selected, you will receive a contract from docusign that will be due along with fees and proof of insurance by March 1, 2024.  Late fees apply to all completed contracts and fees received after  March 1, 2024.

The fees for vending this year are as follows:

Merchandise Vendors:
Single Space (10’ frontage) $500
(2 vendor wristbands)

Double Space (20’ frontage) $1000
(4 vendor wristbands)

Food Vendors:
Single Space (10’ frontage) $500 plus 25% of sales
(6 vendor wristbands)
Double Space (20’ frontage) $750 plus 25% of sales
(8 vendor wristbands)

Each vendor may purchase up to (2) additional staff wristbands for $222.22 each.
