ADMISSION INFORMATION

When can I arrive with my 3-Day Admission Pass?

3-Day VIP Pass holders may arrive as early as Thursday (4/16) at 8am. If you wish to arrive prior to Thursday, an Early Arrival must be purchased and is sold per person.

Space Station VIP Pass Holders may arrive as early as Wednesday (4/15) to check into their Glamping Tent. If Space Station Pass Holders arrive on Tuesday (4/14) they must primitive camp. Glamping Tents will be fully docked and ready by 8am on Wednesday 4/15!

When can I arrive with my 2-Day Admission Pass?

2-Day Space Cadet VIP Pass holders may arrive as early as 8am Friday 4/17.

Primitive camping is permitted for 2-Day Pass holders, car passes are sold separately and can be purchased here.

When can I arrive with my Single Day Pass?

Thursday Single Day Space Cadet VIPs may arrive as early as 8am Thursday and must leave after the last act ends of the evening.

Friday Single Day Space Cadet VIPs may arrive as early as 8am Friday and must leave after the last act ends of the evening.

Primitive camping is not included with Thursday Single Day Space Cadet VIPs and Friday Single Day Space Cadet VIP Purchases. Day Parking Passes will be available for purchase at the gate.

Saturday Single Day Space Cadet VIPs may arrive as early as 8am Saturday. Overnight camping is allowed for Saturday Single Day Space Cadet VIP Passes, but vehicle passes are sold separately and can be purchased here.

Is parking included with my VIP Pass?

Yes, for certain VIP packages!

Ground Control, Deep Space, Starship, and Space Station VIP Packages all come with (1) Launchpad Car Pass! Space Cadet does NOT include a Vehicle Pass.

3-Day and 2-Day Space Cadet’s may purchase Primitive Car/RV camping vehicle passes online here.

Is the address for VIP box office separate from the GA Box Office?

Yes! VIP folks will utilize the Main Park Entrance at 3076 95th Drive, Live Oak, FL 32060​.

This is your quickest route for a speedy check-in!

Where is the Launchpad? Can someone help me get there?

Of course! Our Flight Engineers will escort you from check-in to The Launchpad.

If you wish to navigate the route yourself, just follow the VIP Launchpad signage!

Once most of our VIPs have landed, we’ll shift to shuttle mode – offering rides to the river, general store, and more!

adult waiver

Anyone 18 years or older MUST have an Adult Waiver completed. You may complete the Waiver in advance through the provided Adult Waiver Link. Once you have completed the waiver a copy will be sent to your email. Download the Waiver or bookmark the email to show the Box Office when you arrive to check in. You must also provide your ID for check-in.

parental waiver

If you are the parent of anyone attending the event 17 years or younger, please ensure to complete the Parental Waiver for all children you will be responsible for. You may complete the Waiver in advance through the provided Parental Waiver Link. Once you have completed the Waiver a copy will be sent to your email. Download the Waiver or bookmark the email to show the Box Office when you arrive to check in. You must also provide your ID for check-in.

golf carts

If you are bringing a Golf Cart you must complete a Golf Cart Waiver on site and purchase the Trail Fee. When you complete the Waiver you will also need to provide a copy of your Drivers License, and a copy of valid insurance listing the Golf Cart. Please visit our Rules & Policies Page for more Golf Cart information. The Trail Fee may be purchased online in advance here. Please be advised the Trail Fee price will increase at the gate!

service animals

If you are bringing a service animal to the event you must complete a Service Animal Waiver on site. When you complete the Waiver you will also need to provide a copy of your Drivers License, and a copy of current Rabies Vaccinations for the animal. The vaccination MUST be in date. If you do not provide proof of current Rabies Vaccinations you will not be allowed to bring the animal into the Park. Please be advised that under the Americans with Disabilities Act Emotional Support is not considered a Service Animal. Please visit ADA.GOV for more information on what qualifies as a service animal.

  • Your order details ready to be scanned. You may provide the barcoded ticket or order number(s)!
  • If you have completed your required Waiver in advance, have that ready to be reviewed with your ID!

Upon your arrival you will check in at the Box Office to receive all of your passes. Cabin purchasers MUST sign for their cabin keys.

Yes! Kiddos 12 and under are free to boogie! Anyone 13 years of age or older must have an Admission Pass to enter the Park for the event. If your child is 12 years or younger you may ask the Box Office for a child wristband. We can apply your phone number to the wristband! All children must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Please complete a Parental Waiver for all children attending the event with you.

Yes! There are bathhouses throughout the Park in the following camping areas: Loop, Lake, Horse Camping, and Membership. The bathhouses will provide access to restrooms and showers, you will have access to restrooms and portalets within the venue.

ADA Primitive Camping will be located in the Loop Camping Area. This area is ONLY for primitive campers and generators are NOT allowed in this area. The Loop is located in close proximity to the Country Store and Venue Entrance.

Yes! ATM’s will be available at the Bar Stand in the Venue and one will be available at the Country Store!

Food Vendors will be located within the Venue and will operate based on Venue Hours.

The Snack Shack (located in the Craft Village) will be open Thursday (4/16), Friday (4/17) & Saturday (4/18) from 11am-4pm.

The Cafe (located outside of the venue) will be open at the following times:

Thursday (4/16) 11am – 10pm

Friday (4/17) 8am – 7pm

Saturday (4/18) 8am – 7pm

Sunday (4/19) 8am – 1pm

Weapons, hammocks, glass, full unsealed water bottles, full water jugs, full camelpacks, outside alcohol, lasers/laser pointers, drones, fireworks, outside food or beverage, and drugs or drug paraphernalia.

Yes – wagons are allowed and are subject to search.

Our first priority is the safety of our guests, staff and artists! Any bags brought into the festival grounds or concert areas must adhere to the following sizing.

If your bag meets the following size requirements you do NOT need to utilize clear bags.

If your bag exceeds the size of 13 x 13 x 15 it must be made of clear PVC, plastic, or vinyl and the contents readily visible.

BAGS ALLOWED (do not have to be clear)

    • Fanny packs up to 16.5” x 6.5” x 4”
    • Single pocket bags up to 13” x 13” x 15”
    • Empty camelbacks

Follow the steps below to ensure all your stars are aligned and your driver is well prepared! If you plan to have your RV delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday please ensure you also have an Early Arrival purchased for that day. RVs being delivered on Thursday should expect congestion.

1.) Ensure your delivery driver has the first & last name, camping area, campsite number, and email address associated with the order that contains the upgraded campsite reservation.

2.) Ensure to send your driver the Adult Waiver to complete in advance. They will show the completed copy and their ID upon arrival.
